Trellian WebPage is a freeware application and will remain FREE they say on their website. I am not an expert on web pages but I think this tool is the best find yet for me....and it's free...does that count?

By far my best tool that I have purchased is XSitePro which is now in the 2nd version. It makes building high quality, SEO ready sites very easy. I have used Frontpage and Dreamweaver in the past but I prefer XSitePro.

Another great product that I have found to be a life saver for blogging is Blog Post Automator for Wordpress blogs. It allows you to import your PLR articles, or other content into your blog for automatic posting on a schedule that you determine.

Now for bookmarking I recommend BMD, Bookmarking Demon...yes Edwin does a good job of keeping us updated, kinda like the Market Samurai guys. I don't know if you guys have fired up Market Samurai lately but a ton of new features have been added. It's truly amazing.
