For someone wanting a great explanation on how to create a 'hosted' wordpress blog, I have found Blogging To The Bank 3.0 to be a great asset. It took me from confused to having 3 hosted blogs with more to come. I also recently purchased Gsniper and I have not been able to put it down. Great information is included.

For me it was Marcus Camples Simple Sites Big Profits. $10.00 a day web site first try. Not bad at all. Well worth the price.

For me Site Build it was theworst investment that I have made , much more than the money, I wasted countless hourstrying to find that Niche and reading through all that bumpf that Ken puts out.

Market Samurai by a mile. As an SEO tool alone (I know it does other stuff) it is much better than other tools which can easily be 5x the price.

Ok, it doesn't do on-page analysis but there are loads of free tools such those from Seobook which do that.

I am really digging Micro Niche Finder a lot - got it last week. It does need a proxy function though - I get kicked out of Google multiple times a day even at the slowest setting. (I think I'm on their "list").

I use privacypartners.com it's 9 bucks a day and fast proxies.

They rotate every 30 minutes or whenever you want.
