Hi folks,
It would be great to meet some warriors in person, so we can master mind and show what we're doing and share with each other.

I'm in Berkeley, CA every other month. I'll be in Berkeley next month August 7th. I only work when I'm back east. While I'm in Berkeley I'm working on Warrior stuff (my IM) business. So I'm very flexible with hours, anytime is good for me.

Should we find/form some kind of MEETUP.com group? I don't check in to this thread often, but I'd love to get something going.

Ok, I see lots of interested people who want someone else to do something about it. I'll play "someone else" then

We have SF, Berkeley, El Sobrante, Castro Valley (that's me), Dublin, San Jose and Mountain View. I'd say to include everyone the meetup should be around Oakland-Alameda, next to a Bart station (I assume SF people will prefer Bart to driving).

If I pick a cafe/bar and have them set up a big table for us, let's say for a Tuesday evening, how many of you will attend? Alternatively I can also arrange it in the morning, but I need a show of hands for that.

Let me know if you're in (conceptually) by responding, PMing or thanking this post - doesn't matter how, I just need a number. If there's 6+ I'll go ahead and set up a specific time and place.

I'm Chad and I'm very new to IM. Are you guys still open to guiding a newbie through this internet marketing thing or is this an experts only thread? So far, I've tried to do The Challenge at challenge.co and have 2 sites that have not made money yet.

I feel lost so far and I'd like to be able to talk to someone/mentor on skype or meetup in San Jose would be awesome.

1. Look here:
East Bay SEO/Internet Marketing Meetup - East Bay Internet Marketing for Businesses - SEO, SEM, SMO (Livermore, CA) - Meetup

This is next Monday 5:30-7:30 and already has 18 people attending, on top of the 6-7 warriors we're gonna bring. Gives us an opportunity to talk among ourselves and mingle with small business owners at the same time.

2. I can arrange a meetup next tuesday (the 21st) in the Trappist (if we want good beer) or the Buttercup Bar & Grill (if we want food) in Oakland next to 12th st. bart.

Let me know what your preferences are. I can do both too if enough people prefer Tuesday

As far as in-depth mentoring - once you meet the people, you'll have to actually convince one of them, I can't help you with that ;-)

I myself am definitely not an expert yet, so I'm not qualified to mentor anyone...
