So let's get this right.

You want a 'Guru' to spend probably several days putting a class together. Prove what their income is. Attend a seminar, at their own expense, and at a time when they'd normally be with their families.

But before that, you're telling the 'Guru' what should be in the class, and how long to run it for. You didn't mention who will find the other 5 students. I'm sure the Guru will do that for you too.

Here's the exciting bit for the 'Guru', they don't even get paid for taking time off from running their businesses.

Hopefully, you'll have a long queue of IM experts jumping at this wonderful opportunity. In the mean time, you might consider using the search function in this forum for the answers to the questions you've asked. And please feel free to ask questions when you don't find an answer.
