|  Fatal system error c000021a status 0xc000012f
Hi there I'm guessing as this is the Mastermind Groups Group that someone here can help me fix my laptop. Going back 2 months ago I got the blue screen with 0xc000012f (ox9b013460 0x00000000) Windows crash dump. I had to keep restarting my laptop each time it appeared. I deleted all new software, but it still kept appearing. Today I'd had enough and attempted to restore my computer to an earlier date in SAFE MODE (before I received the blue screen crash dumps). Now my laptop has come up with "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}" with the dreaded blue screen. I haven't touched my laptop since receiving this message - can someone please help me get my laptop back! As you can tell I'm rather computer illiterate. Many thanks Angel |
