Mastermind Group: Need help forming a group near Baltimore

So I have found a profitable nitch, that's unique and with my current position its been easy to exploite. So friends and coworkers are curious about exactly whats going on. While I don't want to charge them, I realize their is an earning potential by teaching them the basics, anything above that I'm not in a position yet to pass on too much quality information. So im looking to find someone who knows a little more than me that lives in the DMV. I'm looking to meet with a group of interested individuals sometime in the next two weeks. I would like to ID a potential partner, to help me with this venture....
