Soooo..My name is Lucy and I'm 24. I'm in the middle of my first project and I could really use some peeps I dont bore to death with my internet talk.

I want to form a super awesome team of awesomess (to be), were we can grow together, help each other out, and have some real friendship/partnership going on. Yes, that means meeting locally. No, I dont expect you to help me with my current project, that would be unfair, we need something we can do together.

I believe the perfect team has the parts as seen below. Yes, they can be outsourced and stuff but the team has to fill the vacant spaces some way or another. I'm actually pretty good at all of these except coding, I can just do basic html stuff.

1) Planner: Program Management and Biz Plan
2) Nerd: Someone who can research their life away and can find inventive ways to SEO.
3) Writer: Someone that can write well and for the purpose necessary
4) Visual: Someone who understands visual aesthetic and knows about branding/logos etc
5) Coding: The dude that can build ****. Engineer. That kinda stuff.

Be smart, fast learner, and funny always helps.

If you are interested let me know tell me about yourself, ask me questions, stuff like that, hopefully something comes out of this..... If you know nothing, that's not bad just be smart and a fast learner. If you are wondering if you're smart or not..well I'm looking for confident people. You dont have to know jack squat but you have to be confident in your own abilities.

I dont believe in "passive" income. I believe hard work gets you good results. Smart Works gets you better results in less time.

Passive income if for people who are lazy and want a quick buck, they'll try once or twice and they'll give up. Online Income is the realization that any income streams (online or offline) are businesses in themselves and just because you dont have a shift today doesnt mean you dont have a job. The point is that you LIKE the work you do and you arent dependent on it for survival, that's freedom.

I know this is harsh, I am aware that this is only my personal philosophy, I'm just trying to avoid being around lazy people who expect to only put in 4 hours of work a week.

I dont believe in scams, pop-ups, spam, niche sites which with trash content just to get adsense money, "tricking" people to get money from them. I'm an extremely honest person, if I'm not adding value to the world I dont think it's worth being done.

I know my requirements might have taken my candidate pool to 0 but IF!!! the right people are out there, we can do wonders together.

If it matters to anyone, I'm an Objectivist (in a true moral way not the asshole capitalist way) (and I'm not psycho religious or religious in any way lol).
