Hello, my name is Leroy and I'm looking for a good mentor that's been in the real estate investing field that can help me and walk me through the step on getting properties under contracts. I'm willing to split any profit with great mentor. I'm interested in wholesaling,REO's, foreclosures properties, apartment buildings, duplex, condos, hotels,multifamily homes(units), luxury homes. Leroy, what I recommend that you do is build a buyers list on social networking sites. You can do this by joining groups related to real estate investing on those social networking sites. You then send a friend request to the people in the groups and ask where they invest, buying criteria, price range etc. Build you a nice large list, then start looking for cheap properties that you can sell to them.

More is involved in the process but this is what you should do right now.
