Anyone else in Brissie interested in a get together?

    Have a chat to View Profile: Mary McLean - she organised a get together recently at Caloundra, she may have more in the pipeline.

    I've also met up with Diane from up the coast a little. There are a few Brisbaneites on the forum, but nothing really concrete has come of it. I'd be interested in even something as simple as a get together at a Coffee Club.

    nOthsa, it's a long commute from Melbourne to Brisbane for a get together :-) Maybe there's something a bit closer to home? There's nothing organised for Brisbane as yet. I'm a bit of an organiser, and arrange plenty of activities for our homeschool group, but I don't have a minute spare right now to set something like this up.

    This thread is two years old, and nothing has happened with it. How about those interested in a get together list their 'burbs, to get an idea of how many are northside/southside, and days/times that suit them. Then, someone (maybe it'll end up being me..) can select a date/time/venue that suits most, and go from there. If that doesn't work, then I think the thread can die a natural death.
