  Skype can be a little confusing with its layout, although it is simple to use once you know how. I would first recommend that you check out a tutorial video, there are plenty on YouTube etc. so that you understand the basics and how the user interface functions. Then it's as simple as adding some friends via their Skype IDs and talking to them when they are online. Think of it like a forum's Private Messaging system except in a more fast paced conversation.

  Hi Masterminding, I saw your PM and what you are describing is exactly the idea I have in mind, a small group of us who are dedicated and driven to succeed, with short scheduled meetings and a friendly enviroment. I hadn't thought of an Agenda, that sounds like a great idea to me but I'm unsure how we would decide on each week's agenda? Maybe something more of a structure would work just to progress the conversation at a steady pace.

PM me your Skype, I might be interested if it actually have some structure with an agenda and some rules, otherwise it'll just turn into a bunch of pointless small talk with no focus.

Hello Vn, Structured and scheduled discussions is the idea we are going for here, I can't currently PM due to the post count but that should not be a problem by the time we have 10 good people, in hindsight I really should have started posting on here a year ago.

The drive behind this group is too much time wasted in pointless squabbles and discussions with large unorganized groups, so if you're looking for a small, consolidated, structured group, who are dedicated to success, then you are in the right place. Please be patient while we form a solid foundation for this group.

On the basis that those who have shown interest are committed, we have 5 spots left, PM/reply here ASAP.

We really don't have to wait for ten interested people to be able to start talking about IM on skype. We could get started and then slowly add new people into the discussion.

True Story Computermesh, however this is also a very busy week for me so it kind of all ties together, not really a good idea starting a social group when you know you won't be able to put 100% into it. If we are not at 10 people by next week then we can always start early as you say, though hopefully we'll have a good group who can all meet each other at the same time.

I am looking to add some members to my mastermind group. We currently have a total of 5. Mostly beginners, would be good to get a few more members. We have a private Facebook group that we are pretty much active on everyday, and we do a weekly video chat on Google +. We generally meet on a weekday, 6:30pm EST. would love to join but not enough messages to pm yet. So let me know if there is some alternative way i can join your group? I do have value to bring as i have my own web company specialising in high-end e-commerce/ websites and seo and obviously have a ton of experience building and designing sites to get there, so hopefully this could make me somewhat of a useful member. I really want to start bouncing ideas off someone as I try to perfect and understand the way internet marketing really works and recognise that working together with likeminded (and skilled) individuals in any industry is a success blueprint, hence my request for inclusion.

Hey Renaldo, I know your pain about the post count! Don't worry that's fine I'll find a way to add you. I just got another PM too so we're filling up, hopefully get this started sometime next week when my workload dies down a little.

Congrats on the move to Spain btw, I would say much nicer weather but the weather has been ace in the UK for the past week or 2 - then again it'll probably snow, sleet, rain, thunderstorm, mist and then typhoon before the week's out.

Hi Alex,

I am interested in joining the group if there are spaces still available.

I am a web developer with a few sites that have been making money for the last 5 years.

I am looking to seriously develop a couple of these sites and would like to regularly meet up with like minded people. I am mainly seeking some kind of accountability partner arrangement as I have 'procrastination issues'.

I have a couple of bricks and mortar stores in the UK and several websites which I am looking to expand on and really feel like I can give some tips to the group (as well as learning a few things myself!).
