Hamburg or Vienna Meet-up

I'm a newbie with a very good blog idea and a lot of enthusiasm. I know how to make stuff happen, and one of the most important ingredients for success are the people you surround yourself with. So it would be awesome to get a couple of likeminded and driven IM people together in Hamburg or Vienna.
I'm from Vienna and spent most of my life there, but currently living in Hamburg.
