Creating A Mastermind
Wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on the best way to set up a mastermind group of experienced marketers. More specifically...
I have a moderately successful ($350K) marketing consulting business that focuses on working with clients who offer high value services (consultants, executive search, insurance ect.) I offer consulting, coaching, a small continuity program which when they're all put together make for a nice small business.
However, I'm feeling like I'm stalled and I really want to get to the next level which for me would be revenues of $1 million. What I've been trying to find (or create) is a mastermind group of people at my level and above who are trying to achieve similar goals. Not surprisingly the big dogs want to master mind with those at their level and I haven't had luck breaking in there. There are plenty of opportunities with people who are just starting out and below my level, but that's not what I'm looking for.
Anyone have thoughts?
