what the best compensation plan should be

hello every one
this is my first post here
and i really loved this forum
and informations here are priceless
and i want to have a discussion about the best compensation plan

and i would like to share my opinion
first thing the product should be for the benefit of the customer not just to grape a few bucks of his pocket . for example, dsdomanition seems a great opportunity to earn some money but it's based on some how foaling the customer.
second, i prefer the plan to be subscription based . i mean i get a commission every month for each person i recruit. for example it's similar to empower network- i think-, where you get paid 100% commission monthly for your personal referrals
third the cost should be reasonable. i would say not more than 25$ a month.
fourth few referrals needed to earn a satisfying income. i mean i build a network of about 100 members to earn about 500:1000$ monthly. i don't need to chase 1000000$ in a plan which needs ten millions members. no need to waste tiny commissions and miraculous number of members

there are some few things might be helpful as more than one payment methods, money back guarantee , fair refund policy, and importantly good support

i am actually searching for a good company and i am not find a good one that satisfy my till now

it would be very helpful to share your ideas, reviews and suggestions

you should also recommend a product if you see it a good one

will be very helpful to newbies like me

have a nice day

    Hi,

If I understand your post it seems like you are looking for a good business opportunity.

Looking for the best compensation plan is not always the best thing to do. Earning 100% of nothing is not as good as earning 50% of an excellent product everyone wants and buy. Earning 100% on half of the sales because of the pass-ups is not necessarily a good thing, compared to earning less on every sales. So I would not look too much at the compensation plan, but more at the quality of the product.

It is also important that you be passionate about the niche you are going after and like/use the products you want to sell. That's very important.

Also, how is the sponsor willing to coach you is important. Who are the company's owners? reputation?
    Everything has to be considered.

I hope this helps and I wish you luck.

I had never heard of DS Domination until I read your post. After watching a bit of the video, I will simply say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. Those types of offers tend to disappear quickly, often without paying commissions due to their affiliates. "Compensation plan" often refers to MLM/network marketing, and since DS Domination and Empower Network are based on that kind of structure, is that specifically what you're looking for? If that is what you're looking for, my only bit of advice is to choose carefully from well-established companies that have a well-established history with solid financials. That generally implies physical products with customers spending around $100 a month. I don't think customers spending $25 per month with a network of 100 is likely to net you $500-1000 a month in any legitimate program.

      totally agree
i just want one good product to promote with a realistic compensation plan
      and just couldn't fine any
it's mostly promoting a compensation plan instead of the product
      or too complicated compensation plan
and i am just thinking to let this whole mlm business go
it seems to be a chase after customer pockets

I said it time and time again. Most MLMs and Network marketing opportunities are distributor driven which equals BAD NEWS.

For an MLM to be solid it needs to be customer driven. In other words, people actually wants to buy the product because they love it. When that's the case, I don't care what the percentage is because people will buy and I will get paid. I don't have to chase down people with the opportunity itself, even though that will sell itself as well when the above is in line.

WIth empower and all that other crap, it's just people selling the opportunity, so they can sell the opportunity, so they can sell the opportunity and so on and so forth. I call it incestwork marketing.

      totally agree with you too
however i found a web page with what's said top mlms
but really nothing convinced me to buy the product

however some of these companies are successive but always every one promoting the opportunity as you said
so i think i will try to promote a product i come up with by myself and help my customer all the way

I was surprised at some of the "names" promoting Empower Network. I know some of them were making five figures a month on the backs of people desperate to make a few bucks. They knew damn well it was a house of cards, and hyped it anyway.
