INTERNET MARKETING

Hi all,

If you were approached by an online marketer requesting
a joint venture what would you look for in their proposal?

There are the four obvious ones:

- Commissions
- Conversion Rate
- Details On How You Get Paid
- Value For Your Prospects

Also, how would you feel if they made you a personal video?
That was addressed to you, as if they were talking to you
through your P.C?

Do you mean a personal video to sell the product or to tell me about the JV offer?

I'd like the former and look at the latter as a waste of time.

  Personally the video wouldn't impress me. My internet connection isn't that good a lot of the times, and so many videos are boring, the person speaks in a monotone and all they do is get me to close it down before I fall asleep.

  The best form of JV connection is your JV partner introduces you to another JV partner who is his friend. In this way, you are no longer a stranger and knew him based on referral.

  Fedex always seems to do the trick. But don't just stick with one technique. Keep doing them all (fax, video, email, letters) until you get a response.

  For me, they have worked well at times, and at other times I never got a response.
  
  Ofcourse the best bet is to use multiple modalities. That's the easiest thing to do. text via email and link to video.

  If you created a personal video message for them with their
  name in etc.
