If I have a blog at blogspot, do the content inside it own by Google or me?

Regards,

It's your content, you can add/delete a page/post whenever you want.

This is a good question and it's one I can't answer.

What I can say is this: In a SENSE, yes they do. When they decide they don't want it, they can toss it in the trash.

I'm not a fan (at all) of putting hard work on a platform owned by someone else. While many people will give you the pros of using Blogspot, I'll tell you the only thing you need to know: Blogspot can delete your work (months of work, years of work) at any time.

I advise you to get a domain and some cheap (but good) virtual hosting.

I hear about these stories a lot. And I'm sorry to hear it happened to you, Mahmoodadds. At least some good has come out of it: you're able to get the word out and - let us hope - stop it happening to other people. Good post!

Yeah they sure can. I had a blog on Blogger for about 6 months... everything well. Then all of a sudden it was taken down for no reported reason. Luckily my webhosting provider has seamless and super easy integration and creation of a Wordpress blog for me. So far no problems with Wordpress. I love it. I don't trust anything with a .blogspot behind it. Get your own blog site - not Google's.

    By you, not by Google/Blogger.

But that doesn't make it safe or sensible or necessary to use Blogspot, and it isn't safe or sensible or necessary. This post explains why: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post9412758
