HELP: Does anyone know any offline text translation program / software?

Hi, it would be great if someone could suggest any text translation program.
- I need to translate texts for website in ~20 different languages, right now i use Google translator. I created script, but that don't resolve the problem, because i cant translate there many content, Google blocks 24h etc. + its too slow.

    One hour translation is very good. Google translation won't do the job correctly and you get the "slang" some groups use as an added bonus since they are native speakers. Translation Services - One Hour Translation

    Fiveer is another decent option.
