Is this type of countdown timer available as a product?

I'm seeing more and more sales letters using this type of timer:

Pakulski Precision Bodypart Secrets

(scroll towards the bottom of the page)

Given the fact that I've seen Mike Geary among many others use the same type of timer, I suspect it might be available as a product. Does anyone know?

    I checked out the link and while they are both countdown timers they don't seem to offer the same functionality used in the link I posted, as wellas on Old School New Body, Mike Geary's "101 Anti-Aging Foods" and other offers... I'm talking about the spinning "loading" wheel you'll see once you have scrolled down to the timer area, the message that pops up after a second or two and the "Too late" message.

    I'm starting to suspect that it might be custom-coded.
