butterfly marketing script

I was trying to install the butterfly marketing script ver 2.29 and getting a mysql error. Does anyone still use this script or know of a script that was develiped from it thst is still open source.

    Version 2.29 was released as open source code in July of 2012, and (based on the version number) has had NO maintenance since that time. In other words, it has not kept pace with new releases of PHP/MySQL, and would require significant modification to even work in current server environments.

    Unless you are a developer yourself (or have deep pockets to hire that talent), you should seriously consider using a different sales system.
