Could really use some help with cpanel

So i am trying to add prosper 202 to a sub domain and i keep getting this error message.

There was a problem creating the sub-domain: You do not have permission to create subdomains of the server's hostname.

i looked up how to solve this problem but i cannot figure it out. I am using beyound hosting and godaddy. please help me out if you can it would be very appriciated. Thanks!

    I just did this on cpanel on Hostmoster.com had no problem.

    1. create subdomain just go to domains section of cpanet then click sub domain ad something like trk.DOMAIN.com . if you can't do that then fire your host and get a real one leave the #@#$@! one you are using

    2. upload the zip file and extract using file manger in cpanel

    3. create a sql database and sql user using cpanl

    4. go to your favorite browser then navigate to the new sub domain

    5 follow instructions as it installs and activates prosper 202 and you are all set

    Contact your hosting company. As I know, most of the hosting companies will not allow you to install prosper 202 on a shared hosting account.
