There's many things that can be done to increase your sales conversion rates. Some of the things I do are boldly displaying the main keyword phrase at the top of my page that searches used to find me (seo and ppc) so that there is more relevancy and I also add audio and video.
What are some things you do to increase your sales conversion rates? |

Pretty much everything on a website can be tweaked and changed to
increase conversions... the secret is Testing Whatever you change, tweak, move, take off, make sure to test one at a time! If you do too much at once, you'll never know what really "did" it for you! Some of the things you want to look at are: - headline - sub-headlines - call to action - look and feel (graphics, fonts, colors...) - placement of elements (especially above the fold (before you scroll)) - navigation elements - on page SEO - etc...etc...etc... Like I said, pretty much everything can change conversion rates, you need to test, test and test some more! Cheers, Pete |

Yea, it's all about testing.
Every time I launch a new site I start off on a regular white page. (Keep in mind I'm not Dr. Ninja with this splittesting stuff... just a dude who knows how to get by and make a few bucks) I start by testing different headlines. In each I make sure I state the end benefit to the visitor... From there it's all about the proof elements and testimonials... Then I start on the page layout. Just started something I thought would be a HUGE success... damn page only converted at 1.1% (Shows what I know!) Ran like that for around 2K clicks, got some 2nd opinions... Shortened the copy, increased the frequency of the benefit statements + frequency of proof shots... Actually removed 50% of the testimonials (on 1 version, on the other I'm testing a sidebar testimonial group) Overnight conversions have already jumped up to over 2%... still not where I want to be but it's WAY better from before! Bottom line: Just test EVERYTHING! Hope that helps Jonny |

What you say in your sales page is the most important thing.
Trying and testing this is one of the best ways to get better conversions. You can read more about better conversions on my blog. Here is the link: http://www.warriorforum.com/blogs/ea...-you-done.html |
