Question about selling ecommerce data

Hi everyone,

I've hired a programmer and build a script that monitors the listings of some specific product category on eBay. For some categories, I used the data for my own analysis and enhance my ecommerce business. For other categories, I probably won't do much with the data and I am trying to see if someone will be interested in purchase that data. What would be the right forum to post this?

Apology in advance if I post in the wrong place. I've read the instruction but I am still not sure what's the best place to ask.

    When your subscribers confirmed their subscription to your list, did you mention in your terms and conditions that anyone who subscribers to your list agrees that their personally identifiable information can be sold to third parties with or without their consent?

    He's not trying to sell a list, he's wants to sell market data on specific product categories for sale on ebay. It can be valuable information to the right person.

    Correct. There's no personally identifiable information in my data. The data only consists of products, price sold, all are public information.
