Any good place to advertise dating site?

Depends on what your sub category is and how your promoting it to be honest.

If your promoting with ppv or cpc then you should take a look through google adwords in their display planner. Find some good keywords or good sites related to your sub category and go from there.

If your looking to get traffic for free then try social media or blogs or even youtube. I feel if you could find a good blog you could make something out of it.

Here's what i would do:
First make a generic youtube video of your site, convincing people why they should use your dating site. Make sure to spend some time and effort on your script and practice saying what you're going to say in a way that will keep them interested.
Then upload it to youtube using different youtube accounts for each one you upload.

then you can rank your youtube for several keywords that have little competition that people who are looking for a dating site would be searching for on google searches also by using a fiverr gig such as this one:

to do your keyword research you could use jaaxy and you can have 25 free searches and if you need more i suppose you can put a new email account in.
Then just keep uploading more of the same video on different accounts. you can change it slightly with the editor to make sure its not exactly the same im not sure if that will matter though. And target 3 different keywords for each video you upload.
Then you should get lots of traffic to your site for a cheap price.

I would test few fb campaigns targeting single people or a similar category.

Try POF.com Ads. MOst persons have found success on there. Also you can try
Facebook Ads, almost everyone have a facebook account now

This might sound counterintuitive but the best place to advertise a dating site is on other dating sites typically.

Reverse engineer what OKCupid is doing. Seriously. They are the top of that niche and their campaigns are quite extensive. There are some low lying fruits in that range you can emulate.

POF is saturated.

Which is not to say you can't utilize it as an effective platform to promote dating; you just have to think out of the box, create killer ads and landing pages, and be prepared to be dynamic: the moment you start running a profitable campaign others will steal it and you'll notice your EPC begin to slide. I enjoy POF but it isn't for the newcomer and you need to be willing to blow a chunk of change to figure out what works if you are new to it.

Having said that . . . I quite like the dating niche. There are hundreds of avenues to promote these offers. Will give you one great one: bing ads. Pick up a coupon and give it a try for free. You'll find them for around $100.

Try FB Ads. Join FB groups. Pick those groups that conduct real conversations. Stay away from FB groups that only fill the feeds with ads no matter how big that group is.

Pof is a good site to advertise dating sites on, assuming they allow the site you are advertising. Also advertising directly on men related sites, & dating advice type of sites are good places to generate solid traffic to dating sites. Google Adwords and Bing are good sources if you own the dating site or have a dating review style site. PPV can work well if done right. All these forms of traffic are a hit or miss, you just have to test, test, test, and keep testing till you find out what works best for the site you are trying to promote.

The truth is: affiliate marketers who push dating big are earning 3 to 4 figures an hour from it. The real juicy information won't be revealed on a public forum. So OfferGrind's advice to test, test, test, is actually the best in this thread. Almost everything I know about dating promotion has been discovered through testing and using my head.

3) Dating forums

4) Joint ventures

5) SEO

6) Affiliate program (and promote to potential affiliates here on WarriorForum... in your sig)

7) Offline advertising

Another thing you might try :

Buy a domain for your dating offer to make it seem like it is for the city you live in (or any city you want to target). Something like : Hot-Chicago-Singles(dot)com

Then create some simple flyers that say something like "Find a date tonight - Browse profiles of the hottest singles in Chicago - Join Free Now ! Visit Hot-Chicago-Singles(dot)com today !"

Then post your flyers in bars, bus-stops, the supermarket, etc.

adwords still by far is the best for me ~

Places like, AVN, and tube sites (for adults) that would be setup like Youtube.

You may use Facebook, but you would have to adhere to their strict guidelines regarding promotions related to dating.
