Are you talking kindle books here? Yes fiction outsells everything else combined, when it comes to a hot market. If you can write good stories that get good reviews, then you may be onto something big here. Learn some marketing skills and promote your book to the right audience and you could be rolling in dough!

I would capitalise on this by creating an email list from the people purchasing your product and then sell them non-fiction or fiction works related to that topic!

Wow didn't expect this response! But so far I only sold 100 price at 2.99 its a romance/drama/fantasy novel. The length of it is 15,000 words. I don't do the page count because amazon has different page counts depending on the size of the device a person is using.

Did I used a wso to learn this...nope.... I went str8 to the horses mouth. Amazon tells you all you need to know. One thing I have found out to be true is amazon don't want no one offereing anything outside of amazon that's on amazon.

So I made it exclusively amazon only. No blogging, no social media. I wanted to add a mailing list sign up but I didn't as I just learn about that recently. I'm making this a series and KDP Is golden if you know how to use it.

The thing about KDP is this. Your book really don't pick up sales to after three months. You get that initial boost then you boost it again. Instantly sales should pick up when done right.

I refuse to do all that extra work when amazon given you all you need if you used it right. Quit thinking so much like this is another google. Its nowhere near google. Keywords only matter for non fiction .

In fiction the only thing that matters is branding. That is it. That's what I do. I'm writing a guide on how I did it soon. In detail.
