XSite Pro Templates

Anywhere know where I can find some good Xsite Pro Templates from?

Search the xSitePro forum and you'll find a number of members offering pre-done packs as well as custom work.

I'm just curious... why are you still using XSite Pro? You're much better off building your website on WordPress platform. After having a static HTML website that I created in Dreamweaver I switched to the semiologic Pro content management system (a WordPress theme and more) from a search engine optimization standpoint is much easier to work with and gets Google love.

In the beginning I too used X. site Pro ... unfortunately I did not get as much search engine optimization love as a simple WordPress blog does.

I agree...I used to make my sites page-by-page with xsite pro, now I do everything in Wordpress and the only pages outside of Wordpress are in RAP (my sales/oto/download pages) Makes everything 10x faster! I've also been able to find plugins/themes for Wordpress that can achieve just about everything that I did with XSite Pro!

In that case you have not fully understand about XSitePro. 95% of my sites are done using XSitePro and you will be surprise what it can do.

To the OP if you just google 'Xsite pro templates' you'll get lots of listings. Their are many individual designers putting out some nice stuff. XSite Pro Rocks!

I have to agree. I love wordpress and use it a lot, particularly in combination with a static site. But I can add content to an xsitepro2 website almost as fast as with wordpress.

The snippets feature adds a lot to the ability to do this. On page seo is almost as fast as a wp site with an seo plugin. I have heard some concerns about xsp leaving a footprint but it has never seemed to hinder the results I get.

I love & use them both.

Looks like the guy asked for XSitePro Templates and got nothing more than reasons why he shouldn't use it.

I don't use it because I don't like the way the templates look. I've tried finding professional looking XSitePro Templates and they are very rare.

The ones you find by searching Google or from links in the XSitePro Forum are about as good as it gets.

Your comments about poor xsitepro templates is equally true of wordpress templates. Most of them require a great deal of work to make them look good.

I have used both Xsite Pro and Wordpress.

IMO, Xsite is much easier to use.

Please explain to me how Wordpress is easier to use. With Wordpress, you have to install all the plugins. Also, it is more difficult to make changes.
