I have just read your profit builder review and it seems to be a bit short of content.

When I read a review I want the reviewer to elaborate on the features and explain in easy to understand way what each feature does and why it is useful.

I want to know if it's exactly what am looking for and if not then I want to know why.

Thats where the reviewer can come in and stand out by comparing the products to others and also recommend other products for certain people who don’t really need such features.

For example: A full of features software for multiple websites might be a good fit for some, but there might be a cheaper more cost worthy product for those with just one site.

If you can cover a few circumstances in your reviews and
provide alternative options then this makes me trust the article more.

    Regards

    I agree with blueclcl

Your job as a reviewer is to pre sell the product. You have to make it easier for me to make a decision on buying the product by giving me a bit more info on it's uses and the results you have had with it.

it helps if you have actually bought and used the product and can give screenshots and inside info and advice.

Agree with the above regarding the lack of content. Moreover, your "reviews" look, feel and read like sales pages. From the giant "Get XXX Today" buttons to the checkmarked special features to the fact that all three products get ratings in the 90s (where did you get those number anyway? I'm guessing you made them up), the content screams, "buy, buy, buy" not "here's my honest opinion about these products". If that's what you're going for, fine; but nobody is going to read your site and think they've read an honest appraisal of the products you're selling.

You might also check your copy for spelling/grammatical errors.

Sorry, I didn't see a real "review". I saw a couple of paragraphs of rah-rah sales copy.

The site also took a long time to load all the gimmicky graphics and such.

If I was using Big G's rating system, this would definitely get the "thin" rating...

Sorry if I hurt your feelings, but you asked for it...

Tons of typos, just too many to be forgiving. Get someone else to write your reviews. Also I'd recommended having a feature so that visitors/users can leave their reviews & comments about the various products as well. This would make things look more unbiased. As many have already stated, your reviews come across as too salesy rather than sincere helpful reviews. You need to humble down your site and style more in order for people to trust it as a reliable review site.

Thanks for all the honest opinions, JohnMcCabe i can handel critique and getting real constructive critique is very helpful so thanks, this is my first time making reviews and they have been tested by me so i feel its the best approch to make them my self but yes my spelling is terrible and it was a struggel to get what was in my head out and on to the review page, i have found a skilled writer to make the reviews in the future and with my insight in the products i hope i can make them better and more informativ.

the ratings formular will also be viewable to the public in the future so they understand how they got the ratings. And the same for commenting it will also be added.

Thanks for your idears and critique.

It's amazing how some otherwise incoherent celebrities are able to produce entire books using this formula. I think you made a wise choice.

Making the rating formula public will give it more weight, too.

On a personal note, good job taking some fairly harsh feedback with good grace. There have been more than a few members who made similar requests and then pitched tantrums when the feedback wasn't warm and fuzzy. You just went up a few notches on my list...
