I want to create a product, I need advice

Hi,
I am newbie in product creation. So I am looking for advice. I play one game, (e n t r o p i a). I think you know that game. There are real economics, real money and so on. I can teach everyone to earn money by playing this game (I will show and teach this (also I will teach and how to make passive income (up to 19% per year))) and I want to create "WSO", product or something else and to sell that info. Is it worth or not? How can I find out the price set (sale price)? Thanks.

    A few questions.

    Have you actually made money from e n t r o p i a ?

If yes, then product creation is as easy as pie!

All you are really doing is teaching your customers how to do what you do right?

    Don't complicate things.

Either write it and create an eBook or shoot videos.

      Yes, actually I made money from e n t r o p i a.
I am thinking about the ebook. Also it can be and videos. But the bottom line is that I have no experience in that.

You have no experience in writing how you make money with entropia?

        You are selling information!!

Just open up Words, Notes or anything and start teaching what you know.

You then convert it to a PDF by using the "Save As" function or outsource it.

You're making a big mistake by worrying about little things.

At the end of the day, you're selling a strategy on how to make money with Entropia.

Create the content first and worry about the final touch at the end.

Product creation is the funnest part of business.

    Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Product creation will allow you to build a buyer's list, build authority, generate prestige, and of course make money.

How to price your product? That's up to you.

I typically have a very low price point, but then have an upsell that's usually around twice the initial cost.

Search if others have offered the same or similar products before. Check with affiliates that have experience promoting such a product.

Search for your competition. See what they are doing, what they are missing and what can you do better to offer a solution to what people in that niche will need.

You could try doing a video guide with a screen capturing software, ex CAMTASIA

Also, try to see if you could find possible affiliates and jv partners interested in the idea.

Creating the product is the easy part. Getting people to buy it is the challenge.

It is not difficult to create an Ebook and have it for sale on a website, and make a WSO and launch it. BUT that might make a few sales, or none at all.

For example, I bought a course on doing exactly that . . . making a product (I wrote a relaly good 97-page Ebook, and made videos and mp3s of the same content), making a website, squeeze-page, sales-funnel, give-away videos, auto-responder with follow-up videos, and everything else. The seller of that method used me as the example of how to do the method perfectly, on a forum with 88 members. I created over 1000 individual manual backlinks, and did everything else the course suggested. How many did I sell in the first three years . . . ONE, and with the cost of domain and hosting, that means I lost money (in addition to the small loss of buying the course).

Later I got some advice from someone else, put the same product on JVZoo and now sell onr or two a month. I don't regret buying that course and doing all that work, because eventually I learned enough to make a residual income from it, and I learned a lot of things while doing the course (including what NOT to do).

I've launched a few WSO's here, and sold a few copies of products. However, I also now know IM methods where I make a good profit for easy work, so I am certainly a success in IM overall.

So yes, it CAN be worth making a product, but only if you have a really effective method of getting people to actually BUY it, and believe me that having a website, squeeze-page, sales-funnel, auto-responder etc. does NOT mean you will sell anything at all, even if you get traffic.

Selling can make big money, but is not easy compared to affiliate marketing for example.

So give it a go, learn as much as you can, do the best you can, see what happens, and keep on learning. It will definitely teach you a bunch of stuff, but you will be unusual if you make a big profit without having had a lot of experience first.

Before you write a single word I would test demand for the product.

How do you know anyone would want to buy it?

    Hi,

    1. If you can add REAL PROOF of earnings/ screen shots etc then that can really
    bump up your conversions.

    2. Passive incomes are great! Add those positives to your sales copy too.

    3. Run a TEST - (A few 100 clicks or so) on your sales page to see how well
    it converts.

    4. If it doesn't do well - you could always HIRE someone to write an affective
    page for you.

    5. YOU DON'T always need to mention what the actual product is about either.

    6. You can mention the BENEFITS - Passive incomes etc and leave the name
of the actual info you'll be giving away - "Entropia" is it?

If you can prove that your product really does make you money then people are
always going to want to learn more about how they can get a slice of that pie
    too.

All the best and good luck,

    Gavin

Great Info Gavin OP just enter into the product creation process and keep the ball rolling. You will automatically learn things as you move through it.

Is EntropiaForum.com where people gather to talk about the game? It's not very active.

Do you hang out there? Why not put out some feelers and see if there's anyone interested in paying for your information? My guess is that, especially since you're up against a bit of a product creation learning curve, there may not be enough customers to make it worth your time and expense.

As a very experienced info product creator I can tell you that there's a HUGE market for this king of stuff, HUGE. The only downside is that you won't make as much money as you'd expect to make here on the forum, simply because it's not your target market.

On the other hand, you you create a product and put it on ClickBank instead of here on the forum, you might experience great success and thus A LOT of money.

Should you need any quick advice don't hesitate to let me know...

Hey mike, so you mean that clickbank is better than Warrior forum. I am soon releasing my launch product on warrior forum marketplace (its a IM product). Will it work better here or on clickbank?

I am planning for both now after your advice.

Being a gamer myself I've actually played this game a few years back. The market for games is huge and you can also reach those people who want to make money online, the only issue is this game lags a lot if you don't have a powerful system. Another issue would be actually finding those people who are in the gaming (serious gamers) and those that want to make real money from this game. You could probably try clickbank, but I will test it out first see if it converts.
