Which are the best for pop-up / slide up program?

Hi guys,

I am looking for the pop-up / slide up or anything that can capture customer leads.
Anyone can provide me any good software to look at it?

My personal favorite is Action Popup by Robert Plank...
You can use it on an html site or install it as a plugin for use on a WordPress blog.

I use action pop up on all my wordpress blogs as well.It works well because it cannot be blocked by browsers.

Thanks for your help on this.
However would like to know whether can action pop-up able to create long width instead and pop-up from the bottom [Something like http://www.instantslideup.com/]

The main problem about Instant SlideUp is that they doesn't have a option to stop popping out even you have already signup.. can action pop-up do something like this?
