How to monetize on employment seekers?

Hi,

I have lots of traffic from people looking for jobs. Any suggestions on how to monetize this traffic?

I was thinking in terms of an personality test or background check affiliate program, but haven't found any yet.

Any god ideas?

    Have you tried Adsense?

    CPA all the way.

I kill in this niche. Just look at your competitors for ideas.

Well, I asked God, and he also agreed with GRM. CPA is a great route. There are many ways to monetize your site(s).
Free credit scores, yes, employers do look at them. There are also multiple employment offers not only on CPA networks, but clickbank and others as well.

You could also write some articles, news letters and send them to your list (assuming you're building one), that offer tips on how to dress and act while interviewing. I'm not positive, but I believe there are offers out there about writing a great resume?

    Just some ideas for you.

AdSense would be a good idea since the ads are related to your site's niche. Also selling some ebooks on how to manage life and how to get employed could do the trick.

Maybe you could sell the leads to other sites or companies. Some sites are specifically set up to capture leads and funnel these leads to other places. You would want to make it clear that someone from another site/organization is going to contact the person who signs up to find out more about a specific job. For instance, 'sign up to get more information on this job and an employer looking for someone like you will be in contact soon.'
