Trouble Uploading Profile Picture

INTERNET MARKETING

Hello everyone,

For some reason, which I can't figure out, I keep on getting an upload failed message when I go to upload...can't figure it out

My file size is within the parameters set forth. I have tried uploading from my computer and also having my image hosted

Any thoughts?

  It is a jpeg and the dimensions are 143X108 and it is 4.13kb

  It looks like your picture is too big. The maximum size is 80x80.
  
  If you need it resized, just holler.

  Oh..I see...that would be the problem
  
  When I log into my cp, it say max file size is 150x150...

  Yep, you're right, the profile pic is 150x150.

I got around this by instead of uploading a picture - go into your Cpanel and select Avatar. Then simply upload your picture as normal. For some reason an avatar will load fine - but sometimes a piccie doesn't.
