hey guys i rendered a camtasia video in flv format... but when i open the file, the video just wont play? does anyone know what may be wrong? |

On your desktop it could be a problem with your player. Try playing another .flv - if on the web you need a player on your server. Try the video with another player. If it doesn't work it may be corrupt and you'll have to render it again. |

Are you trying to open the FLV directly by itself? If that's the case you need a desktop player to view it: Free FLV Player for Mac and PC Otherwise if you are opening the html file for a finished project in IE then IE blocks all active content by default from viewing locally as a basic security measure. Usually you'll see a little yellow bar accross the top of the page asking you if you want to allow it. |
