Is anyone listening on Twitter? Squeeze page fail.

I have 10,000 real, active Twitter followers in the health and fitness niche. I interact, retweet others, upload relevant photos, along with promoting my squeeze page and affiliate links. People retweet and favorite my tweets every time I post but they rarely sign up for or buy anything. My squeeze page has a free offer of 5 relevant ebooks. The page looks pretty good. I just bought a Mike DeVincent squeeze page training program that offered great tips to increase conversion. So I overhauled my squeeze page and still nothing, no sign ups.

Are the people in Twitter so locked in the constant flow of information that they cannot take a moment to enter a email? Anybody having luck there?

    I can't say I have found Twitter is to any real source of business, leads or revenue.. I think its mostly used by people generating junk traffic.. having 10k twitter followers doens't mean success, nor having a million views on YouTube.. end of the day.. its all about PROFIT.

    Twitter Has lost its effectiveness as a source of active leads. It will take a little testing to see what works with twitter. I have done ok with Amazon Products on twitter.

    Try to improve or modify your squeeze page. Also get more twitter followers to test if you want to continue getting traffic from twitter or not. It's about split testing till you'll get good conversion..

    People listen to celebrities on twitter, i personally gave up on using twitter as an advertising medium.
