I've been looking through the net for a FREE flash player to add to my squeeze page. I just created a 60 second video with keynote and am looking for a player to use now. I know about Flowplayer and just found Moyea Web Player Lite - Make Flash video Players for your Web Sites. but both of these sites charge for their players. Does anyone know of a FREE player I can use before I step it up to one of these other players? Thanks! |

Thanks for the old college try Michael, but that player is free for non-commercial purposes: Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported Anyone else know of a free player out there? |

Hi Justin, Have you considered uploading your video to Google Videos or Youtube or the likes and then embedding the code into your site? It is a free option. If you don't want the video accessable to the pulic on the other sites, you can mark it as private. Just a thought unless someone else has another free solution to add. |

Your best bet is to do what was suggested and upload your video to youtube and several other video services. This could help with traffic too for your site if you link to your site from the video descriptions. - Terry |

Hi Greg, I have considered it and might have to opt for it for the time being. I was hoping not to do it because it makes the page heavy. Thanks for your input Does anyone else have a solution for me? |

Justin, Do a Google search for FLV Producer Lite. Can't tell you on any other free flash players but Coffee Cup has an inexpensive one ($39.00) which has a free 28 day trial. Here's a link to that one: CoffeeCup Web Video Player - Add Videos to Your Website ! I usually use EasyFLV which is a fellow Warriors product and works quite nicely. Add video to any website with our set of Streaming Video Software and Web Video Players Hope that helps, Mike |

Hi, I would like to add an audio welcome message to my website. Do any of you know how to go about doing this? I have recorded the welcome message into MP3 format but do not know how to go about putting it onto my website and getting it to play once a visitor goes to my site. Hope this is in the right place as I did a search and your thread came up. Thanks, Chris |

Chris, You need a web Mp3 player to play the audio. One free option is Sonic Memo Lite. Sonic Memo Lite - Web Site Audio I'd use Audicity to record your audio -- do a Google search and you'll find this great audio editing/recording software (FREE!). I'd suggest doing a search of the old archives and you'll find tons of info on putting audio on your site. Here's a link to that great resource: The Warrior Forum Hope that helps, Mike Quote:
