After buying Ebola.com for $13,500 in 2008, Schultz's Blue String Ventures just flipped the domain for $200,000.

How easy it is to make money if you move on the right direction with proper assumption. What do you think about this ?

  Totally agree. I don't get this either. I mean, look at the most well known and successful domain/companies, all made up names... Google, Mashable, Twitter, Squidoo, Facebook...
  
  But then again, I can understand in some cases its a great branding tool and works well, like About.com, but ebola?

Ebola is World news so it makes sense that Ebola.com would sell for $200,000 it's a major problem in West Africa that is also appearing in many other countries throughout the World sporadically.

That domain name has unlimited possibilities.

P.S. I am sure the company or person that shelled out 200k has plans for a Website of some sort it would be pretty silly not to.
