Time to review your sales pictures...

I had to laugh. Someone marketing ___________ put a nice profile picture of themselves in a brochure but used a photo that included them sitting at a desk with an ancient monitor. It didn't help inspire a feeling of "I'm on top of the latest" .

It was totally out of date. Much like having a picture of a brick cell phone for a communications executive, it didn't work. I hope you don't do that.

That is hilarious, yeah I wouldn't use anything that's obviously pre 1990.

My mom once brought me a sales brochure for a web designer in her area. It was obviously printed on an old dot matrix printer, was in black and white, poorly hand-folded, filled with spelling and grammar errors, and to top it off - the graphics were what I could only label as primitive clip art.

The first thought I had was to contact them and help them with their marketing. I knew I could help...a lot! But then I realized that would be misleading and unfair to any of his potential customers.

    All the best,
    Michael
