How Would You Let Your Customers Know You Are "Apple" and Not "Samsung" or "Nokia" In Your Business

Okay, the header might look like a bit odd, but lemme explain.

Did you ever compare Apple's and competitor products? Well, they are basically all the same, except that the former not only solves your problem, but delivers happiness. Not that I'm against Samsung or Nokia....it's just that Apple products make you happy with ther innovation and almost always deliver something "extra".

In internet markeing we always hear people telling us to "over deliver", but how woud you let your customers, especially the new ones know that you WILL OVER DELIVER?

Of coure you can just do it and after the order has been delivered they'd know you over delivered, but why not use this as a feature itself to boost sales?

Here's what I do:

On my sales pages after I have mentioned what I'd be doing for the customer, I add something like "I will mow your lawn or cut your hair on a Sunday, if that makes you happy".

Of course I'm not gonna do that and my readers won't expect me to turn up at their lawns on a Sunday, but I have see this boosting my conversions. It's a funny strategy I iuse, but it has worked well for me so far. At times it has also been a conversation starter.

I think it kinda gives them the feel that "this guy's gonna be there for me when I need him".

Do you do anything to let your customrs know you will "over deliver"?

I know this isn't the main purpose of this post, but completely disagree with you on Apple "delivering happiness and innovation".They didn't start changing their phone size until recently, and that was for the purpose of "keeping up" with the android market phones.

As for bringing something extra, the features of the iphone six were found in the Google Nexus back in 2012. Real innovative...and sure, it made me happy to stick to my android phone

As for sales copy, anything to come off as genuine or happy is a good thing. People often remember the "mood" a page put them in and not the actual content. So a sales page that sets the mood as happy and genuine could increase conversions.
