Hi Guys

I'm researching content and have started to look at professionals in a certain sport to gleam some gems from the people who can pay to have their own dieticians, strength coaches etc....

It's easy to do... you just follow them on Twitter.

Not only do you find out tips, you also have emotions and feelings... so you might have someone saying that they had a hard session yesterday, have some muscle damage, lacking some motivation, got dumped by their girlfriend and have to train for an event this weekend...

You get an insight into their life, their mind and what they do to get on with it and win...
