Money-making opportunity- Looking for some help monetizing my user base

Hi everyone,

I operate a niche site that generates roughly 3 million page views on a monthly basis, and I have an opt-in list of 58,000 registered email addresses. To date, I've only focused on generating revenue through CPM network ads and a couple of direct sponsorship sales. That's all I've done and I know there's a lot more that I can do. That's where you come into the picture.

I'm looking to monetize my user base to whatever extent I can, without noticeably compromising the quality of the visitor's experience. I'm sure of the fact that I'm leaving a lot of money on the table every month.

I'm willing to reward anyone who'd like to get involved in increasing my site's revenue stream on a generous commission basis. Think of it as the equivalent of building something from scratch without having to worry about doing all of the work to generate the initial base of traffic.

I'm open to being creative, but I'd really prefer to work with one dedicated person (or team) who'd like to take this on as a project - and has the track record to prove that their help will be effective in adding to our bottom line.
