Anyone know how to cancel JV Zoo subscriptions?

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but - when you sign up for a subscription via JV Zoo - it doesn't create a subscription or payment plan inside your paypal account.. so you can't cancel it from inside paypal.

However, I can't find where inside my JV Zoo account to cancel the subscription ... and their support told me to contact the seller (which I have repeatedly and unsuccessfully tried to do) or cancel from inside my paypal account (which I told them I could not do) *sigh*.

Does anyone know how to find a subscription inside your JV Zoo account so you cancel it?

      Uh guys, the instructions everyone sent don't work.

      Thought you'd want to know.

      As I originally posted, JV Zoo subscriptions are NOT showing up in the "preapproved payments" section any longer.

      And paypal can't locate the subscriptions either.

      It seems JV Zoo is set up on their end to rebill each month, and paypal reads each rebill as a unique transaction and not part of any subscription or preapproved payments.

      This means that you can not cancel a subscription set up within JV Zoo unless the seller is nice enough to cancel it for you.

      As for me.. I'm not going to sign up for subscriptions via JV Zoo any longer. I don't like not being able to cancel subscriptions when I want to.
