How to distribute my content easily and Quickly?

Hey Guys,

Long time member and I am starting a new project, non IM related.

I wanted to know what services there are, preferably free, for distributing articles I write from Wordpress accross the web with minimal effort on my part?

I understand i could use press releases, but really any other suggestions would be much appreciated!
