What software was used to make this SWF file?

Hello Warriors, I've been searching and haven't been able to find what software was used to create the movie located on the following page...

Breakthrough Technology Brings The Next Wave in Telecommunications | WayBuzzirk.com

I'm pretty sure it's not camtasia, because it own it and it doesn't create FLV or SWF files like that.

Anyone know what software created that SWF file?

Camtasia Studio? Are you sure? What version? I have Version 4 and it doesn't do that. I've never purchased the new version because I didn't think that it had that many more features.

I guess I was wrong.
