do any of you use "million dollar bills" for marketing?

if so, do you put your advertising message on the back of them, or leave the bills untouched?

one site i just read says:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Why you don't want custom printing on your million dollar bills

This type of bill screams "play money" or "fake money." The person you give the million dollar bill to doesn't get to experience the exciting feeling of, "Is this really a million dollar bill?" In other words, it doesn't give you the effect you want.

We have done many tests and the million dollar bill we deliver will give you the WOW factor that you can't get with a million dollar bill that looks like a joke. There's a place for jokes, but not on a million dollar bill. Some companies sell million doll bills with a sales message on the back of the bill."

i thought that having your message on the back of a "million dollar bill" would remind the people of whom you are, rather than they might forget who you are if you just gave them a "million dollar bill" without advertising messaging on the back side.

pros or cons of messaging on million dollar bills?

In reality, who is really going to get "the exciting feeling" of wondering if this million dollar bill is real? No one. Why would anyone just be handed a million dollar bill? This is just a marketing gimmick. Try it for yourself and when it doesn't bring you any sales, then focus on proven marketing strategies.
