Generating traffic without articles.

Basically I have created; what i think, is a very nifty little tool to find people a good christmas present when they are stuck!

Anyway, I don't feel I'm going to be able to create massive amount of articles that are relevant and high quality , for what is essentially, a free tool

I don't have a big marketing budget. So what is the best way for me to attract attention to this tool besides that?
