Need Hosting Company Recommendations Urgently

Hi there,

Just been through horrendous week with all my client sites hosted at Hostgator going down several times....

I see that HG support has deteriorated quite badly over recent months and they are certainly not delivering the kind of service I need for my clients...

Ok so please provide recommendations of which hosting companies are considered to be the best out there....

      For completely unbiased reviews, I suggest you take a look at the Web Hosting Talk Forum. When I needed to get away from Hostgator, I explored their reviews in depth and decided upon BigScoots and I couldn't be happier.

      Their Customer Support is second to none and they moved all my sites, including their associated email accounts in well under an hour. Also, not long ago, I actually had someone email me from one of my sites to compliment me on its speed and ask who I hosted with.

      My only regret is in hanging on for as long as I did with Hostgator. I wish I'd moved a long time ago.

        Thanks Alexa and Annie,

        Just found Web Hosting Talk Forum so will look into that urgently.

        I need speed, reliability/redundancy and immediate support....

        I simply can't let my clients down!!! Hostgator has had several outages that have directly impacted my clients and it has been painful to say the least.

    If budget allows, you can try VPS Providers like KnownHost or WiredTree. They have very good reputation at WHT.

    I recently found MT - Grid: Shared web and cloud hosting for small business - Media Temple which seems good alternative too.
