Is EZA approving slowly for anyone else?

I have a platinum account, however, I have 3 articles lying for more than three days and these articles haven't even got the initial review.
Am I the only one or is anyone else facing this problem?

Hi aneel,

I'm a platinum author as well, and the best I can say is that it sometimes happen this way. Sometimes they approved quickly, and other times they don't. If it takes more than a week for the initial review, then you may want to contact support.
