JVZoo purchases page not available

I've been trying all day to access my JVZoo purchases page and always get a "no data found" message.

Have exact same result on my PC, laptop and phone.

I eventually tried to reset my password ... and it comes up with the same blank page.

    So, no one else is having trouble getting to their purchases at JVZoo?

    This is totally bizarre ...

    I also can not purchase anything through them ... maybe the 'shiny object angels' are looking out for me.

    this is not the jvzoo support page, theres a jvzoo facebook group, and support center

      I could be wrong, but I don't think you are the forum police.

      I think he probably already knew that this is not their support page, but if you haven't noticed this entire site is built on peer-to-peer support.

      If you think he needs to be somewhere else, then why not give him a link?

      Regardless, he doesn't need to be chastised by you.

    I like you Sid ... thank you very much.

    I had already sent a message via their facebook page and attempted to use their contact methods but no response yet.

    The fact that I've never struck this problem before online is the reason I did ask here ... I was hoping someone would say ... yeah ... you've stuffed up by doing this, that or the other ... and I could fix it and carry on.

    As far as I know the JVZOO is a good site. There is no problem. It may a temporary problem or, your ID has some problems.

    Just to update ... while going through the process of taking screenshots of the steps I was taking to try to log in ... it suddenly came good and I've been able to access my purchases ... and that's after probably a hundred different attempts.

    I have no idea what has been the problem, so hope it doesn't reoccur.

    It wasn't acting as if I'd used the wrong password or user name ... it continually gave a result like their server was down ... or I had no internet service (yet every other site still worked)

    Interesting. Glad to hear you got it worked out.

    How long was it down for? Do you now what the time frame was? For example, from 10pm est to 10:15est.

      I am assuming that your product was published.. i've spent ages trying to sort out a problem in the past and it was my own damn fault
