merchant account for physical product+subscription+coupons

I searched on the forum but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, hopefully you have some suggestions...I need a merchant account other than clickbank because I need to be able to sell physical products, use coupons, and bill as a subscription. (My service offers a physical product plus a subscription to a membership site AND I want to be able to use coupons for promotions).
Right now I am using clickbank so I am not able to sell my physical product. I have used and no longer want to use PayPal because of the fact that they require a PayPal account in order to have recurring billing, in which case it takes at days to set-up for people without an account and has really affected my sales in the past.
I have recently applied for an account with worldpay and they want a HUGE reserve fee so I really do not want to take that option.
Anyone have any suggestions?
