help , how to promote a health , fitness site

I have post , promote at health fb grp , directory , etc

still no people sign up...for my e book as I want to collect leads..

unlike another site...is on IM daily I can easily get some leads..

      Also, change 1 thing at a time and see if it helps or hurts. This way you can figure out where something is turning visitors off and then correct it hopefully.

    As you have not succeeded to promote your website, then better you go with some campaigning, social media marketing, PPC. This will surely give you best results with so many number of leads.

    Definitely look at paid promotions to get followers on FB. I would have someone look at your opt-in page too. I have same issue but was getting a lot of clicks to opt-in page but bad conversions. So if you start getting clicks and still not getting conversions the look at your opt-in page. Best of Luck!!
