Where can I buy real traffic sources?

I'm looking for good sources for traffic to buy and increase for my forum. Do you know some out there, can suggest me?
I'm interested in banner ad, solo ad and CPA or CPC

    There are a lot of methods. I'll give you one of my favorites: configure social login for registrations; allowing new registrations to be made by logging in with their Facebook and G+ data, for instance. Now drive traffic from those 2 platforms. It's all about removing the barriers to register when you have a new forum. Now, aside from that, and I'm sure you know this, you must have something worthy of a registration. Good content. It's no different than a membership site. If you have killer content, people will want to join.
