Traffic does not mean you will get conversions.

To get conversions from traffic you will need either a landing or review page.

With a landing page, you can gather the email address of the visitor and send them followup emails encouraging them to buy. That will boost your conversions. You can also send your visitors other offers

You can go to fiverr or "warriors for hire" section to find someone to design a landing page for you.

If you also want follow up emails, there are also warriors that can do this for you. It will cost you some money but it will be money well spent.

If you don't want to use a landing page, the go for a review page. Make a review of the product you are selling. There are experts in writing great reviews. Check the warriors for hire section.
