Signing Online Contracts?

Does anyone know how I can set up a signature on a webpage so someone can sign with their mouse and submit, but the people will also need to provide credit card info.

I know there are alot of options like docsign ect,,, but they make the people you send the contract to register to sign.

I bought a wp plugin called Approve Me and its good but no option to put in credit cards fields.

Any advice?

    If you have any coding chops, go to the code repositories and look for "clickwrap" or "digital signature" code.
